• The property taxes as a yearly (default), quarterly, monthly or weekly amount.
• The insurance as a yearly, quarterly, monthly (default) or weekly amount.
• The cost of repairs and maintenance as a yearly (default), quarterly, monthly or weekly amount.

• The cost of home improvements as a yearly (default), quarterly, monthly or weekly amount.

• The cost of clothing as a yearly, quarterly, monthly (default) or weekly amount. This amount is defaulted to 0 as it is expected that some users may not wish to include this in the home running cost calculation.
• The cost of transport as a yearly, quarterly, monthly (default) or weekly amount. This amount is defaulted to 0 as it is expected that some users may not wish to include this in the home running cost calculation.
